Where are your pieces made?
All Gracie Roving Knitwear pieces are designed and knitted by me in my little studio in Kent, England.
What material do you use?
I use premium, locally-sourced wool from Ireland and Scotland.
How long will my order take?
All my pieces handmade to order, reducing waste and ensuring I can direct my full attention to crafting you a one-of-a-kind, lifetime knit. Please be aware that this means that lead times can be up to 6 weeks.
Returns and refunds
Every knitwear piece is handmade to order, created especially for you. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you find that your new piece arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
How comfortable is the wool?
Personally, I find the wool comfortable and cosy. However, if you are very sensitive to wool you may prefer to wear it over another layer.
