Each of my pieces are handmade to order, reducing waste and ensuring I can direct my full attention to crafting you a one-of-a-kind, lifetime knit. Please be aware that this means that lead times can be up to 6 weeks.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, later followed by a shipping notification when your piece is on its way to you. Thank you for your patience and for choosing to support slow, mindful knitwear.
Returns
Every knitwear piece is handmade to order, created especially for you. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you find that your new piece arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll happily arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If I haven’t yet started working on your piece, I’ll gladly issue a full refund.
